Week 3
Wellllll….So, as you saw I didn’t so great this week. We didn’t get home until after 8 every night this week and by the time the kids were bathed, fed, and in bed I was exhausted.
Eating Habits
I also ate waaaay too much chocolate cake this week. You see, we donated $45 to some church friends of ours Haiti fund. In return we were given a delicious chocolate cake with chocolate fudge between the layers and chocolate icing. I know. I ate most of it. We also had a bag of chips left over from the weekend…well, let’s just say I enjoy salty and chocolatey decisively too much.
Today I started my 30 Day EA Sports Active Challenge, and well, as I said: It pretty much kicked my butt. It’s so much fun and I love that there is a real person training you…not a computer generated trainer. It’s great! The workout was really challenging and I felt every muscle in my body protesting by the time it was over. Definitely the best workout I have had on the Wii yet.
The Plan for the Week Ahead
I’m planing to log all of my food at Self.com for 6 days this week. I will allow myself one day to not worry about all of that. I am going to continue following and participating in the EA Sports Active 30 Day Challenge. I am also making a concerted effort to make time in life for meditation and more time with God. Alone. So look for me to start putting all of these plans into motion this week.
