Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts (thawed)
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Salt-Free Garlic & Herb
- 1 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Salt-Free Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
- 1 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp McCormick Garlic Bread Sprinkle
- 1 cup dry Quinoa
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 TBS butter/margarine
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- Place thawed chicken breasts in a large 9x11 pan and cover with broth.
- In a small bowl, mix your dry seasonings; sprinkle mixed seasonings over breasts and in broth.
- Cover pans tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30-45 minutes or until chicken has reached 180 degrees.
- Bring broth and butter to boil in a 2 qt. sauce pan.
- Add Quinoa and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 12 minutes or until quinoa has absorbed all the broth.
- Fluff with fork.
- Serve both with steamed vegetables for a quick and delicious meal.
