I was probably more nervous than she was. My stomach was in knots and I was sweating…is that normal? I was worried the kids wouldn’t be nice to her, that her coach would be a jerk, and that she wouldn’t like it as much as she had hoped. All I could think on the way down there was please don’t let her be as worried about this as I am. She was not.
Turns out I had little to be worried about. The kids were..well, kids..but they were pretty nice to her. The coach actually did some coaching, good coaching in fact. She had a ball and actually wants to go back..so I’m happy.

Going for the Goal

Look at her kick that ball! She's a star in training I tell ya!
The most important thing is she had fun and maybe even learned a little something. I’m proud of her for listening and not telling the coach how to do his job.
