Family Slumber Parties in Our Home

Our family regularly has family night and recently KG has gotten into planning parties on our Family Nights.  KG enjoys planning everything from dinner and dessert to the movie and snack.  Generally our Family Nights begin at around 5 p and lasts until around 9:30p.

Last Friday Night was Family Night, so earlier in the week KG had planned with me the upcoming dinner, dessert, and snacks we would be serving.  We had pizza (the frozen variety, but with whole wheat and lots of veggies) for dinner with side salads (KG hates salad, this was not her choice), watched Dash and had homemade popped corn for our snack.  We played a bit of Pictureka before bed too.

KG requested we make Easter sugar cookies and decorate them.  To save a bit of time, I purchased Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough Sheets and Betty Crocker Squeeze Icing.  I got the cookie cutters @ Walmart for CHEAP ($1.88) and they are so super cute!  We had a b all making the cookies and eating them of course!
